1. Cancellation Policy

Right to cancel

You may cancel your declaration of agreement within two weeks without the need to state any reasons in text form (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail) or, if the goods are delivered to you prior to the expiry of this period, by returning the goods. The period starts after receipt of this instruction in text form, however, not prior to the receipt of the goods by the recipient and not prior to the fulfilment of our duties to inform according to Section 312 c (2) BGB [German Civil Code] in conjunction with Section 1 (1), (2) and (4) BGB-InfoV [ordinance on the requirement to provide information and supporting documents in civil law] as well as our obligations according to Section 312 e (1) clause 1 BGB in conjunction with Section 3 BGB-InfoV. The timely dispatch of the cancellation or the goods is sufficient to comply with the cancellation period. Consequences of cancellation

In case of effective cancellation, the mutually received goods and/or payments shall be returned and, where applicable, benefits obtained (e.g. benefits of use) shall be released. If you cannot return the received goods to us in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated state, you may need to compensate us in this respect. This shall not apply to the provision of items if the deterioration of the goods can only be attributed to their inspection, as would have been possible for you in a shop. In all other cases, you can avoid the obligation to compensate for deterioration caused by the intended use of the goods, by not using the goods like your property and refraining from everything that impairs their value. Goods consignable by parcel shipment shall be returned at our risk. You shall pay the return costs if the delivered item corresponds to the ordered item and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed the amount of EUR 40 or if you have not yet paid the consideration or a contractually agreed instalment at the time of cancellation if the item is more expensive. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Goods not consignable by parcel shipment shall be collected from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. This period starts with the dispatch of your declaration of cancellation or the goods for you and with their receipt for us. End of the cancellation policy  

2. Order procedure - how you conclude contracts with us

1. Conclusion of contract

a.) The customer may select products from our range and collect them in a so-called shopping cart via the “in the shopping cart” button. Via the “place order” button, they issue a binding request to purchase the goods in the shopping cart. The customer may view and change the data at any time before the order is placed. However, the request can only be issued and submitted if the customer accepts these contract conditions by clicking the “accept ordering conditions” button and thus includes them in their request.

b.) Subsequently, the provider sends the customer an automatic order confirmation by e-mail in which the customer’s order is stated again; the customer can print this order confirmation via the “print” function. The automatic order confirmation merely documents that the customer’s order has been received by the provider and does not constitute the acceptance of the request. The contract is only concluded with the issue of the declaration of acceptance by the provider, which is sent by a separate e-mail. If the desired product is no longer in stock, the provider will refuse acceptance, which means that no contract has been concluded.

2. Payment

Delivery is generally only made after receipt of your payment amount in our account to the order address stated by you. Delivery to PO Boxes is excluded. Delivery can generally only be made to the countries in the Eurozone and to Great Britain, Denmark and Sweden. Should you request delivery abroad, we will gladly try to help. Delivery will be made by GLS and only while stocks last. Any statements on delivery times are subject to confirmation. 3. Important information for returns

a.) We recommend bringing the goods to a GLS parcel shop of General Logistics Systems Germany GmbH & Co OHG of your choice and to use the return note and return sticker attached. This is not mandatory and merely serves to simplify the return. b.) As far as the customer exercises their right to cancel, the following applies: The customer shall bear the regular costs of return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed the amount of EUR 40 or if the customer has not yet paid the consideration or a contractually agreed instalment at the time of cancellation if the item is more expensive. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for the customer.

4. Complaints

Should the delivered articles have obvious material or production defects, which include transport damage, please notify us of such defects immediately or inform the GLS staff member who delivers the article. However, if you fail to notify such defects, this does not lead to any consequences for your statutory warranty claims.
